Responsible conduct requires integrity and depends on continuity. In order, we have a set of values that we want to live by as a subsidiary of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. We carry societal responsibility and take it very seriously — in particular through our commitment to run our daily business in accordance with our code of conduct.

Our Code of Conduct provides us with guidance and a binding framework — both for dealing with each other and with business partners, customers, suppliers and other third parties. The Code of Conduct is binding for all employees of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group worldwide. The Executive Board, management and executives are responsible for actively leading by example.

Our whistleblower system guarantees maximum protection for whistleblowers and affected parties. There are several points of contact that our employees and external whistleblowers can contact if they suspect possible legal violations and want to point them out.
